All online purchases made at ZingaraTrading.com are guaranteed. We know it’s a little iffy buying online. There’s always a chance the fit won’t be perfect or the item is not exactly as you expected. We’re a small boutique and love connecting with our customers on a personal level. Please call us with any questions you have regarding fit, style, color or anything else you’re just not sure about before you purchase. We take great care in photographing our products and do our best to present the right colors and show you the details of an item. We want to be sure you are happy with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know so we can take care of you. Refunds and exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase date. Items must be unworn, undamaged, with original tags and accompanied by the receipt. We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns without an original receipt.

Zingara is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns.
If you received a gift purchased from our website, it may be returned within 14 days for a new size or color or for a merchandise credit. We will send the merchandise credit in the amount paid for the item to the shipping address on the front of the packing list.
A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return. Purchases made with a Zingara gift certificate will be refunded in the form of another gift certificate and mailed to your billing address.
We’re going against the standard with our shipping rates so that you pay only what it really costs to package and ship your order. Rates are based on the size and weight of the item. You’ll find each item has its own shipping rate with each additional item incurring a reduced combined-shipping rate.
We ship via United States Postal Priority Mail which takes 2-5 days to reach you, depending on your distance from our Venice, CA location. Please contact us if you want expedited shipping.
Most large items will arrive within 3-4 weeks and are shipped via delivery service. Standard delivery hours are between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The delivery company will call to schedule your appointment.

In-stock items will be shipped within 48 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 72 hours to process.
Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock. You will be alerted if that’s the case and we’ll let you know an approximate date of shipment. You will be notified of any delay within 48 hours of your order.
